Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"RECUPERAçãO DE HéLIO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE FIBRAS óPTICAS"<D>. Trata-se de um método para a recuperação de hélio de um processo de fabricação de fibras ópticas que permite a recuperação da maior parte das etapas no processo de fabricação, incluindo as etapas de deposição e consolidação. O hélio recuperado pode ser refinado até um nível intermediário e então refinado ainda mais até uma alta pureza e reciclado para a maior parte das etapas no processo de fabricação. Todo o hélio recuperado pode ser purificado apenas até um nível intermediário para ser passado para a etapa de estiramento de fibras. Alternativamente, o hélio recuperado pode ser purificado até um nível intermediário e reciclado para a etapa de estiramento de fibras, enquanto que o restante é ainda refinado até uma alta pureza e reciclado para a maior parte das outras etapas no processo de fabricação.
