Abstract

Un método para recuperar helio desde un proceso de fabricación de fibra óptica que permite la recuperación en la mayoría de las etapas en el procesode fabricación, incluyendo las etapas de deposición y consolidación. El helio recuperado puedes er refinado hasta un nivel intermedio y después refinadoadicionalemente hasta alta pureza y reciclado hacia la mayoría de las etapas en el proceso de fabricación. Todo el helio puede ser purificado solamentehasta un nivel intermedio parasuministr o hacia la etapa de extracción de fibra. Alternativamente, el helio puede ser purificado hasta un nivelintermedio y reciclado hacia la etapa de extracción de fibra mientras que el resto es refinado adicionalmente hasta alta purezay reciclad o hacia la mayoríade las etapas en el proceso de fabricación.
