Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"COMPOSIçõES DE TINTAS TERMOCURADAS"<D>. Composições de tintas temocuradas são obtidas, com as quais filmes de tintas podem ser formados e que apresentam exelente resistência a ácido, resistência à abrasão e adesão, e com as quais as propriedades de repelir água e de resistir a manchas podem ser mantidas por um período de tempo superior ao dos filmes de tintas baseados em resinas de flúor convencionais. [Constituíção]. Composições de filmes de tintas termocurados que contêm (a) de 20 a 80% em peso de copolímerro contendo flúor, compreendendo flúor-olefina e monómero baseado em vinil, do qual o valor do parâmetro de solubilidade é de 9,0 a 10,5 e o valor do grupo hidróxi está dentro da faixa de 60 a 150 mgKOH/g, (b) de 20 - 80% em peso de (co)polímero baseado em vinil, compreendendo monómero baseado em vinil que contém pelo menos 10% em peso de monómero que pode ser representado pela fórmula indicada abaixo, do qual o parâmetro de solubilidade é de 9,0 a 10,5 e o valor do grupo hidróxi está dentro da faixa de 60 a 150 mgKOH/g, (c), de 5 a 40% em peso de resina de melamina esterificada com alquil a (d) de 2 a 40% em peso de composto de poli-isocianato bloqueado, e com as quais a temperatura de transição vítrea do filme de tinta depois do endirecimento é de pelo menos 50°C.
