Abstract

Patente de Invenção "MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM TROCADOR DE CALOR, EM PARTICULAR PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM RADIADOR PARA SISTEMAS DE CLIMATIZAçãO DE VEìCULOS", na qual o trocador de calor (10) compreende um par de distribuidores entre eles paralelos (12, 14) e uma pluralidade de tubos (16) para a passagem de fluido. Cada distribuidor (12, 14) compreende um elemento tubular (20) e uma pluralidade de partições (22) que dividem o vulume interno do elemento tubular (20) em uma pluralidade de câmaras entre elas alinhadas ao longo do eixo do distribuidor (12, 14). As partições (22) são inseridas a partir de uma extremidade aberta do elemento tubular (20) e são posicionadas em pontos pré-estabelecidos mediante deslizamento ao longo do eixo longitudinal do elemento tubular. Sucessivamente, na parede do elemento tubular é recravada uma série de aberturas (42) que servem para acoplamento das porções de extremidade dos tubos (16) para a passagem de fluido.
