Abstract
método de divisão e aparelho de divisão para corte a laser de vidro. a presente invenção se refere a um método de divisão e um aparelho de divisão para corte a laser de vidro. o método inclui as seguintes etapas: etapa um, depois de completar o corte a laser de uma forma fechada desejada em vidro (18), aquecimento de uma região de anel externa (20) de uma trajetória fechada (19) cortada no vidro (18), aquecimento de uma região externa (22) da trajetória fechada (19) cortada no vidro (18), ou aquecimento da região externa (22) e uma região de anel interna (21) da trajetória fechada (19) cortada no vidro (18), e resfriamento da região de anel interna (21) da trajetória fechada (19) cortada no vidro (18), de forma que uma fissura formada pelo corte do vidro (18) penetre através. uma combinação de aquecimento e resfriamento leva a um aumentado gradiente de mudança de temperatura em uma região de corte no vidro (18), promovendo rápida penetração de fissuras formadas no processo de corte a laser, e craqueamento adicional para formar uma fissura mais larga, de forma que o corte de vidro mais espesso (18) possa ser alcançado sob forças mecânicas externas subsequentemente aplicadas.
