Abstract
COMPONENTE CATALISADOR PARA POLIMERIZAÇÃO OU COPOLIMERIZAÇÃO DE OLEFINAS, MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DESTE E APLICAÇÃO. A presente divulgação refere-se a catalisadores de polimerização de olefinas e revela um componente catalisador para polimerização ou copolimerização de olefinas, bem como um método de preparação para ele, além de um catalisador e uma aplicação relacionados. O componente catalisador para polimerização ou copolimerização de olefinas na presente divulgação compreende o elemento de titânio, o elemento de magnésio, um doador de elétrons, um polímero de silício orgânico e um suporte de óxido inorgânico, em que a composição molecular do polímero de silício orgânico é [RxSio(4-x)/2]m, em que R é selecionado a partir de alquil, aril, vinil ou oxigênio, x é 0 ou mais e 2 ou menos, e o valor de m faz com que o peso molecular número-média do polímero de silício orgânico seja de 1×103 -1×106 g/mol. O catalisador possui as características de alta atividade, bom desempenho de copolimerização reguladora de hidrogênio, alta densidade aparente do pó de polímero resultante e um baixo teor de pó fino no pó de polímero quando aplicado à polimerização de olefinas, particularmente à polimerização de etileno e de olefinas.
