Abstract
TRANSPONDER ACIONADO POR LUZ. Um transponder acionado por luz inclui uma ou mais fotocélulas, um circuito de recuperação de relógio e um sistema de antena reversa. O circuito de recuperação de relógio inclui um fotocondutor que inclui um terminal de fonte, um terminal de dreno para receber uma tensão, em que o fotocondutor tem uma resistência que varia como uma função da intensidade da luz recebida. O circuito de recuperação de relógio é configurado para gerar um relógio recuperado. Um sistema de antena reversa é conectado a pelo menos uma fotocélula e é configurado para transmitir dados. O fotocondutor é configurado para ter uma luz modulada incidente sobre o fotocondutor para produzir um sinal de tensão modulado. O circuito de recuperação de relógio inclui um amplificador acoplado ao terminal de fonte do fotocondutor por meio de um capacitor para receber o sinal de tensão modulado e emitir um sinal analógico gerado a partir do sinal de tensão modulado. O circuito de recuperação de relógio inclui um inversor acoplado ao amplificador e configurado para digitalizar o sinal analógico do amplificador para gerar o relógio recuperado.
