Abstract
DISPERSANTE PARA POLIMERIZAÇÃO EM SUSPENSÃO, MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE DISPERSANTE PARA POLIMERIZAÇÃO EM SUSPENSÃO E MÉTODO PARA PRODUÇÃO DE PARTÍCULAS POLIMÉRICAS DE VINILA. A presente invenção refere-se a um dispersante para polimerização em suspensão que permite a produção de partículas poliméricas de vinila que têm um pequeno diâmetro de partícula em uma pequena quantidade adicionada, um método para produzir tal dispersante e um método para produzir partículas poliméricas de vinila usando tal dispersante. O dispersante é um pó que contém um polímero de álcool vinílico que tem uma estrutura representada pela fórmula 1 a seguir e tem um diâmetro médio de partícula de 100 µm ou mais de 2.000 µm ou menos, em que o dispersante contém partículas A que têm um diâmetro de partícula de 500 µm ou mais e partículas B que têm um diâmetro de partícula de 220 µm ou menos e a proporção (A/B) da absorbância A de uma solução aquosa a 0,1% em massa das partículas A em um comprimento de percurso óptico de 10 mm e um comprimento de onda de 320 nm para a absorbância B de uma solução aquosa a 0,1% em massa das partículas B no comprimento do percurso óptico de 10 mm e o comprimento de onda de 320 nm é 0,7 ou mais e 1,2 ou menos. Na fórmula 1, R1 é um grupo alquila com 1 a 4 átomos de carbono; n é um número inteiro de 1-10; e * é um sítio de ligação a uma parte diferente da fórmula 1 no polímero de álcool vinílico.
