Abstract

processo para a preparação de um pó, formulação, e, uso do pó preparado por um processo. a invenção se refere a um processo para a produção de um pó que contém um ou mais sais de agente complexante de fórmula geral (i), partindo de uma solução aquosa, que contém um ou mais sais de agente complexante a uma concentração de 10 a 80% em peso, em relação ao peso total da solução aquosa, em um processo de secagem por pulverização, que compreende uma etapa de atomização e uma etapa de secagem, caracterizado pelo fato de que a etapa de atomização é realizada por adição de pó cristalino fino do mesmo sal ou sais de agente complexante que são encontrados na solução aquosa ou de um ou mais sais de agentes de formação de complexos diferentes dos mesmos, que possuem um limite superior para o diâmetro médio da partícula pó crsitalino fino que é menor do que o limite inferior para o diâmetro médio da partícula do pó obtido de acordo com o processo pelo menos por um fator de 2, a uma proporção de 0,1 a 20% em peso, em relação ao peso do pó obtido de acordo com o processo.
