método para preparar toxina botulínica. é revelada uma composição de meio para cultivar clostridium botulinum compreendendo uma peptona de batata, um extrato de levedura e glicose e um método para preparar uma toxina botulínica usando os mesmos. o meio exclui produtos de origem animal e principais alérgenos e permite que a cepa produtora de toxina botulínica alcance o nível máximo de crescimento em um curto período de tempo, proporcionando então efeitos de encurtamento do tempo de produção e reduzindo o custo de produção no processo de produção de toxina botulínica.
