Abstract

본 발명은 포테이토 펩톤(potato peptone), 효모 추출물(yeast extract) 및 글루코스(glucose)를 포함하는 클로스트리디움 보툴리눔 배양을 위한 배지용 배지 조성물 및 이를 이용한 보툴리눔 독소의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따르면 상기 배지는 동물 유래 성분 및 주요 알레르기 유발물질이 배제된 배지로써, 단시간 내에 보툴리눔 독소 생산 균주가 최대 성장량에 도달할 수 있도록 유도하여, 보툴리눔 독소 생산 공정에서의 생산 시간을 단축시키고 생산 단가를 절감할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
