Abstract
é fornecido um método para detectar um micro-organismo patogênico em uma amostra biológica como uma técnica que pode ser usada para detectar um micro-organismo patogênico, como o vírus da gripe com alta sensibilidade. o método inclui: uma etapa de introdução de introduzir um solvente hidrofílico que contém a amostra biológica e uma substância que serve como um substrato para uma reação envolvendo uma enzima presente em uma superfície do micro-organismo patogênico ou no micro-organismo patogênico em um espaço entre uma seção de camada inferior na qual são formados uma pluralidade de receptáculos capazes de armazenar o micro-organismo patogênico e uma seção de camada superior voltada para um lado da seção de camada inferior em cujo lado os receptáculos são formados; uma etapa de encapsulamento de introduzir um solvente hidrofóbico no espaço para formar no receptáculo uma gotícula do solvente hidrofílico que é revestida com o solvente hidrofóbico e envolve o micro-organismo patogênico e a substância; e uma etapa de detecção de detectar opticamente um produto de reação produzido pela reação entre a enzima e a substância na gotícula. o solvente hidrofílico tem um valor de ph superior a uma constante de dissociação de ácido (pka) do produto da reação.
