Abstract

a invenção pertence à classe dos equipamentos para desinfeção de materiais a granel, nomeadamente cereais e produtos de cereais por tratamento com irradiação ultravioleta. a solução técnica pode ser usada na indústria alimentar, microbiológica e farmacêutica, farmacologia, indústria cosmética, agricultura, agricultura de produtos alimentares biológicos. a unidade modular para tratamento de produtos de cereais a granel com radiação ultravioleta é composta de módulos colocados de forma sequencial. o módulo é composto por uma caixa quadrada dentro da qual, com espaçamento igual, em fileiras horizontais, com possibilidade de mútuo posicionamento, instalam-se lâmpadas ultravioleta dotadas por invólucro de teflon penetrável por irradiação ultravioleta diretamente encostado ao vidro da lâmpada e com uma chapa protetora por cima, no módulo instala-se um sensor de intensidade de irradiação ultravioleta das lâmpadas apontado para uma das lâmpadas, bem como um dispositivo de limpeza das lâmpadas de sujidade, os módulos instalam-se em suportes, e os suportes são fixados no quadro equipado com um mecanismo vibratório 8. o resultado técnico consiste no asseguramento de passagem de produto de cereais entre as lâmpadas ultravioletas e da sua purificação de microorganismos nocivos com possibilidade de ajustar a velocidade de fluxo das partículas e de controlar a intensidade de irradiação.
