Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a um filme laminado que tem as seguintes vantagens quando este filme torna-se um filme laminado com barreira a gás que tem uma camada de filme fino inorgânico: logicamente, no estado em que o filme é mantido em um estado ordinário, e também após o filme ser submetido a um tratamento com calor e umidade: o filme laminado tem excelente desempenho de barreira a gás, pode apresentar boa adesão para não causar delaminação, e é facilmente produzido, fornecendo excelente economia. este filme laminado inclui um filme de substrato de poliéster e uma camada de revestimento sobre ao menos uma superfície deste filme de substrato. a camada de revestimento inclui uma composição de resina para a camada de revestimento, que inclui, como um componente constituinte, uma resina que tem um grupo oxazolina. o filme laminado tem uma camada de filme fino inorgânico sobre a camada de revestimento, e ainda tem uma camada protetora que tem uma resina de uretano e tem uma adesão de 0,15 a 0,60 g/m2 sobre a camada de filme fino inorgânico. o filme laminado mostra um espectro de absorção no infravermelho de reflexão total, tendo uma razão p1/p2 variando de 1,5 a 3,5, sendo que p1 é a intensidade de um pico que tem um máximo de absorção na faixa de 1530 ¿ 10 cm-1, e p2 está na faixa de 1410 ¿ 10 cm-1. o filme laminado tem ainda uma permeabilidade ao oxigênio de 5 ml/m2.d.mpa ou menos sob condições de 23¿c x 65% de umidade relativa.
