Abstract

a presente invenção refere-se a dispositivo para revestimento de uma chapa metálica em movimento contínuo (1) por imersão, incluindo um banho do metal de revestimento líquido (2) do qual a chapa (1) sai com um cabo vertical, um rolo inferior (4), um rolo de descurvamento (5a) e, se necessário, um rolo de estabilização (5b), rolos os quais estão imersos no banho do metal-líquido (2), lâminas de secagem (3) que estão colocadas na saída do banho (2) e injetando um gás comprimido a fim de remover o excesso de revestimento que ainda não se solidificou, criando uma onda de secagem (11) tendo um fluxo de retorno descendente (14) de metal-líquido, e um dispositivo de dissipação para estabilização hidrodinâmica colocado entre as lâminas de secagem (3) e o último rolo de imerso (5a ou 5b), incluindo uma pluralidade de calços hidrodinâmicos (6) destinados a aplicar uma carga a pelo menos um lado da chapa metálica (1) e montado de modo a girar em torno de articulações (7) para auto alinhamento dos citados calços, também estendendo transversalmente através da largura da chapa (1), e posicionado de forma que, quando em uso, a corrente de retorno do metal-líquido (14) da onda de secagem (11) flui pelo menos em parte sobre a parte traseira dos calços (6).
