Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se a uma película de revestimento isolante para uma chapa de aço eletromagnético, a película de revestimento sendo formada em uma superfície de um material base de uma chapa de aço eletromagnético, onde a película de revestimento isolante contém um fosfato de pelo menos um tipo de metal polivalente selecionado entre al, zn, mg e ca, uma camada concentrada de metal bivalente está presente na interface entre a película de revestimento isolante e a superfície do material base, e o aumento na concentração do metal bivalente na camada concentrada é de não menos que 0,01 g/m2 e menos de 0,2 g/m2.
