Abstract
trata-se de uma composição para uma camada de captura de buraco de um elemento de conversão fotoelétrica orgânica, tal composição: que contém um solvente e uma substância de transporte de carga que compreende um derivado de polianilina representado pela fórmula (1); e que fornece um filme fino que é adequado como uma camada de captura de buraco de um elemento de conversão fotoelétrica orgânica e também pode ser usado para produzir um elemento de conversão fotoelétrica orgânica do tipo laminação inversa. {r1 a r6 denotam, cada um, independentemente um átomo de hidrogênio ou similares, mas um dentre os grupos r1 a r4 é um grupo ácido sulfônico, um ou mais dentre os outros grupos r1 a r4 são um grupo alcóxi que tem 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, um grupo tioalcóxi que tem 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, um grupo alquila que tem 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, um grupo alquenila que tem 2 a 20 átomos de carbono, um grupo alquinila que tem 2 a 20 átomos de carbono, um grupo haloalquila que tem 1 a 20 átomos de carbono, um grupo arila que tem 6 a 20 átomos de carbono ou um grupo aralquila que tem 7 a 20 átomos de carbono, e m e n são números que satisfazem as relações 0 ¿ m ¿ 1, 0 ¿ n ¿ 1 e m+n = 1.
