Abstract

a presente invenção tem por objeto prover um método de avaliação do estado de junção de uma porção de junta através da inspeção de uma fraca adesão mediante o uso de uma técnica não destrutiva. um método de avaliação de junta é realizado no sentido de avaliar um estado de junção de uma porção de junta em um material compósito que inclui a porção de junta na qual um material aderente e um outro material aderente são ligados um ao outro por meio de um adesivo, o método incluindo as etapas de: aplicar um sinal de corrente alternada à porção de junta; alterar uma frequência a fim de medir uma corrente e uma tensão; calcular um valor de avaliação relacionado a uma determinada característica elétrica a partir de um valor de corrente e de um valor de tensão obtidos por meio da medição; comparar o valor de avaliação com um critério preestabelecido com relação à determinada característica elétrica; e avaliar o estado de junção da porção de junta de acordo com a quantidade de desvio do valor de avaliação com relação ao referido critério.
