Abstract

본 발명은 초기측정지점으로부터 최종측정지점까지의 회전각이 180° 이상 되도록 그래핀 시료를 시계방향으로 회전시키면서 측정하되, 상기 그래핀 시료를 회전시키는 동안 최소 5회 이상 동일한 그래핀 시료를 수회 측정함으로써, 얻어지는 마찰력 맵핑 이미지의 명암차이가 상기 AFM 팁 진행방향과 상기 그래핀의 주름방향과의 관계가 있음을 분석하고 이를 통해 그래핀의 주름방향을 알아내는 AFM 마찰력 매핑을 이용한 그래핀 도메인 측정 시스템 및 그 방법에 관한 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은, 측정부가 마찰력 모드(Friction Mode)로 설정된 AFM 현미경으로 그래핀 시료를 측정하는 과정; 출력부가 마찰력 맵핑 이미지를 출력하되, 콘트라스트(contrast) 범위를 그래핀 시료 주변으로 맞추도록 최소범위로 조정하는 과정; 상기 출력부가 상기 마찰력 맵핑 이미지를 횡적으로 자른 특정부분에 대한 마찰력 프로파일 그래프를 출력하는 과정; 상기 마찰력 프로파일 그래프를 이용하여 상기 AFM 팁 진행방향과 상기 그래핀의 주름방향의 관계를 분석하는 과정; 및 판단부가 분석한 정보를 이용하되, 상기 마찰력 맵핑 이미지를 통해, 각각의 도메인 간에 대비되는 명암차이를 이용하여, 그래핀의 주름방향을 판단하는 과정; 을 포함한다.
