Abstract
um método para formar um produto de vapor pirolítico cataliticamente tratado a partir de material pirolisável, o método compreendendo a queima de combustível em uma caldeira de leito fluidizado, aquecendo assim parte do material particulado; transferindo pelo menos parte do material particulado aquecido ou parte de outro material particulado aquecido para um reator de pirólise para pirolisar parte do material pirolisável no reator de pirólise; e transportar pelo menos parte do vapor pirolítico através de um leito de catalisador compreendendo material de catalisador; e transportar pelo menos parte dos coprodutos formados a montante de volta ao processo; produzindo, desse modo, o produto de vapor pirolítico catalicamente tratado de maneira eficiente em termos de recursos. além disso, um sistema configurado para produzir produto de vapor pirolítico cataliticamente tratado a partir de material pirolisável. o sistema compreende uma caldeira de leito fluidizado; um reator de pirólise; um reator catalítico; meios para transportar parte do material particulado aquecido para o reator de pirólise; uma tubulação para transportar pelo menos parte do vapor pirolítico do reator de pirólise para o reator catalítico e meios para transportar pelo menos parte dos coprodutos formados a montante de volta ao processo de recuperação de energia térmica e química ligada aos coprodutos.
