Claims (11)
1. Postupak za proizvodnju sirovih kondenzata iz pirolizirajućeg materijala, naznačen time da se sastoji od
- izgaranja goriva u kotlu s fluidnim slojem (100), pritom stvarajući dimni plin i toplinu,
- zagrijavanja nekih prvih toplinski otpornih čestica materijala sadržanih u fluidnom sloju (110) u kotlu s fluidnim slojem s navedenom toplinom,
- povrat topline iz dimnog plina u medij za prijenos topline uporabom izmjenjivača topline (700) smještenog u kotlu s fluidnim slojem (100),
- opcionalno, zagrijavanja nekih drugih toplinski otpornih čestica pomoću zagrijanog prvog materijala koji je otporan na toplinu,
- prijenosom barem nekih od zagrijanih prvih toplinski otpornih čestica materijala ili zagrijanih drugih toplinski otpornih čestica materijala u reaktor za pirolizu (200),
- prenošenje nešto pirolizirajućeg materijala u reaktor za pirolizu (200),
- piroliziranja pirolizirajućeg materijala u reaktoru za pirolizu dovođenjem u doticaj pirolizirajućeg materijala sa zagrijanim prvim materijalom na toplinu otpornih čestica ili zagrijanim drugim na toplinu otpornih čestica materijala, stvarajući pritom barem sirovu pirolitičku paru i ugljen,
- čišćenja barem jednog dijela sirovih pirolitičkih para stvarajući pritom čiste paralitičke pare,
- dovođenja barem dijela čistih pirolitičkih para kroz sloj katalizatora (410) koji sadrži katalizatorski materijal konfiguriran za deoksigenat oksigeniranog ugljikovodika, pri čemu je parcijalni tlak vodika u parama u sloju katalizatora manji od 0.5 bara, na taj način katalitički obrađuje barem dio sirovih pirolitičkih para, gdje se nikakav vanjski vodik (H2) ne dovodi u proces između pirolitičkog reaktora i sloja katalizatora ili unutar samog sloja katalizatora;
- prijenosa dijela ugljena u kotao s fluidnim slojem ili u plamenik, izgarajući ugljen u kotlu s fluidnim slojem ili u plameniku da bi se proizvela toplina, i vraćanje topline proizvedene izgaranjem ugljena;
postupak koji nadalje obuhvaća
- kondenziranje barem dijela obrađenog pirolitički isparenog proizvoda u sirovi kondenzat, stvarajući pritom neki nekondenzacijski plin kao nusprodukt;
- dovođenja barem dijela nekondenzirajućeg plina natrag u postupak, iznad spomenutog kondenziranja;
- obnavljanja barem nekog materijala katalizatora katalizatorskog sloja (410), proizvodeći pritom neki drugi dimni plin, i
- dovođenja najmanje nekog drugog dimnog plina nazad u postupak, u katalitički reaktor (400) ili iznad, ili u sam reaktor za pirolizu (200).
2. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1 , naznačen time da
- se barem neki nekondenzirajući plin dovodi u katalitički reaktor (400) koji sadrži sloj katalizatora (410).
3. Postupak temeljem zahtjeva 1 ili 2, naznačen time da
- koristi toplina iz kondenzatora (810) konfiguriranog za kondenziranje tretiranih pirolitičkih para.
4. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 3, naznačen time da se sastoji od
- proizvodnje struje upotrebom te topline prikupljene iz dimnih plinova u mediju za prikupljanje topline.
5. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 4, naznačen time da je
- katalitički materijal u sloju katalizatora (410) odabran iz grupe katalizatora koji ima funkciju kondenzacije, dekarbonizacije i dekarboksilacije.
6. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 5, naznačen time da je
- tlak u reaktoru za pirolizu (210) veći ili jednak tlaku u sloju katalizatora (410); poželjno i
- tlak u kotlu s fluidiziranim slojem (100) je veći ili jednak tlaku u reaktoru za pirolizu (200).
7. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 6, naznačen time da je
- tlak para u sloju katalizatora (410) manji od 2 bara.
8. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 7, naznačen time da se
- odvaja voda iz sirovog kondenzata i pritom proizvodi biogorivo.
9. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 8, naznačen time da obuhvaća
- piroliziranje pirolizirajućeg materijala tako da sirova pirolitička para prije katalitičke obrade ima prvi sadržaj atoma kisika vezan na kondenzirajuće spojeve koji sadrže i vodik i ugljik i
- katalitičku obradu pirolitičke pare u sloju katalizatora (410) tako da tretirani pirolitički proizvod para ima drugi sadržaj atoma kisika vezan na kondenzacijsku spoj (i) koja također uključuju vodik i ugljik, pri čemu
- je drugi udio kisika manji od prvog sadržaja kisika i
- vrelište svakog kondenzacijskog spoja je najmanje 25 ° C pod tlakom od 1 atm;
- pri čemu se prvi sadržaj kisika odnosi na prvi sadržaj atoma kisika, a drugi sadržaj kisika odnosi se na drugi sadržaj atoma kisika.
10. Postupak temeljem bilo kojeg zahtjeva 1 do 9, naznačen time da se sastoji od
- prijenosa barem dijela zagrijanih prvih toplinski otpornih čestica materijala iz kotla s fluidnim slojem (100), izravno ili neizravno, u reaktor za pirolizu (200),
- piroliziranja materijala koji se pirolizira u reaktoru za pirolizu (200) dovođenjem u doticaj piroliznog materijala sa zagrijanim prvim toplinski otpornih čestica materijala,
- prijenosa dijela ugljena iz reaktora za pirolizu (200), izravno ili neizravno, u kotao s fluidnim slojem (100) da tamo izgori, i
- izgaranja dijela ugljena u kotlu s fluidnim slojem (100).

- prijenosa barem dijela zagrijanog drugog toplinski otpornih čestica materijala u reaktor za pirolizu (200),
i
- piroliziranje materijala koji se pirolizira u reaktoru za pirolizu (200) dovođenjem u doticaj piroliznog materijala sa zagrijanim drugim toplinski otpornim česticama materijala.
