Abstract
Un dispositivo de carburización (10B) incluye un horno de calentamiento (50) que calienta un material (11) hecho de acero, un mecanismo de transferencia (55), un generador de vapor de alcohol (32B), una porción de vapor de alcohol (57), un tanque de enfriamiento rápido (58) y un tubo de absorción de calor de escape (61). El mecanismo de transferencia (55) mueve una pluralidad de materiales (11) desde una porción de entrada (51) hacia una porción de salida (52) del horno de calentamiento (50). El generador de vapor de alcohol (32B) usa parte del calor generado por el horno de calentamiento (50) como fuente de calor. Cuando la porción de rociado de vapor de alcohol (57) repite una etapa de rociado de vapor y una etapa de difusión una pluralidad de veces en el horno de calentamiento (50), se lleva a cabo un tratamiento de carburización del material (11). En la etapa de rociado de vapor, al rociar vapor de alcohol sobre el material (11) que se mueve dentro del horno de calentamiento (50), el carbono en el alcohol se adsorbe al material (11). En la etapa de difusión, se toma un intervalo para difundir el carbono adsorbido al material.
