Abstract

MÉTODOS PARA PRODUÇÃO BIOLÓGICA DE COMPOSTOS DE CADEIA DE CARBONO MUITO LONGA. A presente revelação fornece composições e métodos para produzir biologicamente compostos de cadeia de carbono muito longa (maior que C24), tais como acil-CoA graxa, aldeídos graxos, álcoois graxos, ceras do éster graxo, alcanos e cetonas, a partir de micro-organismos que metabolizam C1 recombinante que utilizam substratos de C1, tal como gás metano ou natural, como uma carga de alimentação.
