Abstract
1/1 resumo glicerol e ácido acético convertendo células de levedura com conversão de ácido acético melhorada célula que é geneticamente modificada compreendendo: a) uma ou mais sequência de nucleotídeo codificando uma acetaldeído desidrogenase de acetilação dependente de nad+ (e.c. 1.2.1.10); b) uma ou mais sequência de nucleotídeo codificando uma acetil-coa sintetase (e.c. 6.2.1.1); c) uma ou mais sequência de nucleotideo codificando uma glicerol desidrogenase (e.c. 1.1.1.6); e d) uma ou mais sequência de nucleotideo codificando uma dihidroxiacetona cinase (e.c. 2.7.1.28 ou e.c. 2.7.1.29).
