Abstract
a presente invenção refere-se ao problema de prover: um método para formar uma película de revestimento multicamadas, em que se torna possível não exercer nenhuma influência na revestibilida-de por eletrodeposição mesmo quando uma parte ou o todo de uma etapa de lavagem com água é eliminada após um tratamento de con-versão química e também se torna possível obter excelente qualidade de acabamento e resistência à corrosão; e um artigo revestido. a pre-sente invenção provê um método para formar uma película de reves-timento de multicamadas, o referido método sendo caracterizado por compreender as etapas de formar uma película de revestimento por conversão química e uma película de revestimento por eletrodeposição sobre um material metálico de interesse, isto é, etapa (1) de imergir o material metálico de interesse em uma solução de tratamento de conversão química para formar uma película de tratamento por con-versão química e a etapa (2) de eliminar uma parte ou o todo de uma etapa de lavagem com água e efetuar o revestimento por eletrodepo-sição do material metálico de interesse com um material de revesti-mento por eletrodeposição no cátion para formar a película de reves-timento por eletrodeposição. no método, o teor de íons de sódio na solução de tratamento de conversão química é menor do que 500 ppm por massa.
