Abstract

“processo de preparação de uma chapa e chapa” a presente invenção trata de um processo de preparação de uma chapa (1) que compreende um substrato (3) que apresenta duas faces (5) das quais pelo menos uma é revestida por um revestimento metálico (7) que compreende entre 0,1 e 10% em peso de mg e eventualmente entre 0,1 e 20% em peso de al, sendo que o reste do revestimento metálico é zn, e que compreende pelo menos etapas de: - fornecimento de um substrato (3) de aço que apresenta duas faces (5), - deposição de um revestimento metálico (7) sobre pelo menos uma face (5) por imersão do substrato (3) a quente, - solidificação do revestimento metálico (7), - aplicação sobre as superfícies externas (15) do revestimento metálico (7) de uma solução aquosa de p h de 7 a 13 que compreende um agente que complexa os íons magnésio em que a constante de dissociação pkd da reação de complexação do referido agente com o magnésio é superior ou igual a 2, e a chapa suscetível ser obtida por esse processo.
