Abstract
1/1 resumo processo de análise de uma superfície de ruptura de uma peça de turbomáquina processo de análise de uma superfície de ruptura ou de fissura (10) de uma peça feita de tial de turbomáquina, que compreende pelo menos uma das etapas que consiste em: a) determinar sobre a superfície a posição e a orientação de facetas de separação, de modo a identificar uma zona de início da ruptura ou fissura e determinar o sentido de propagação dessa ruptura ou fissura, b) examinar a superfície e detectar as zonas de presença de grãos de eixos iguais e/ou de grãos lamelares, de modo a avaliar a temperatura na qual a ruptura ou fissura ocorreu, e c) comparar as colorações térmicas da superfície com aquelas de amostras de um mostruário de coloração térmica, de modo a avaliar a velocidade de propagação da ruptura ou fissura.
