Abstract

DISPOSITIVO E PROCESSO PARA O APROVEITAMENTO TÉRMICO DE RESÍDUOS, dito dispositivo apresentando uma câmara de reação para a recepção de matérias primas; um dispositivo de aquecimento para o aquecimento da câmara de reação, onde as matérias primas na câmara de reação são decompostas durante o aquecimento sob geração de produtos gasosos; uma tubulação de descarga de gases para a descarga dos produtos gasosos da câmara de reação; um sensor de temperatura para a detecção da temperatura existente em uma posição da tubulação de descarga de gases como temperatura de descarga de gases; um sensor de temperatura para a detecção da temperatura existente dentro da câmara de reação como temperatura de reação; e um dispositivo de comando, que está instalado de tal forma a realizar uma comparação da temperatura de descarga de gases com a temperatura do reator e, em função do resultado da comparação, emitir um sinal.
