Abstract
Παρέχεται μια διαδικασία για ψύξη και πλύση ενός αερίου σύνθεσης από βιομάζα και αντίστοιχο σύστημα. Η διαδικασία κατευθύνεται σε ένα αέριο σύνθεσης από βιομάζα με μια θερμοκρασία 1000-1100°C, μια περιεκτικότητα σκόνης μικρότερη από 20 g/Nm3, και μια περιεκτικότητα πίσσας μικρότερη από 3 g/Nm3. Η διαδικασία περιλαμβάνει: 1) αποστολή του αερίου σύνθεσης από βιομάζα σε έναν πύργο ψύξης (2), και ψύξη και στερεοποίηση του αερίου σύνθεσης από βιομάζα ώστε να σχηματιστεί σκωρία, 2) αποστολή του αερίου σύνθεσης από βιομάζα, αφού ψυχθεί και στερεοποιηθεί στη σκωρία, σε έναν λέβητα ανάκτησης θερμότητας ώστε να ανακυκλωθεί η θερμότητα ανακύκλωσης, και συμπύκνωση του αερίου σύνθεσης από βιομάζα προκειμένου να σχηματιστεί μια βαριά πίσσα, 3) αποστολή του αερίου σύνθεσης από βιομάζα, αφού περάσει μέσα από τον λέβητα ανάκτησης θερμότητας, σε έναν πύργο διαχωρισμού-ψύξης (5) για εξαγωγή της σκόνης και ψύξη, 4) αποστολή του αερίου σύνθεσης από βιομάζα, μετά την εξαγωγή της σκόνης και την ψύξη στον πύργο διαχωρισμού-ψύξης (5), σε ένα μέσο ηλεκτρο-ιζηματοποίησης (6) προκειμένου να εκτελεσθεί βαθιά εξαγωγή της σκόνης και αφαίρεση της πίσσας. Το σύστημα περιλαμβάνει τον πύργο ψύξης (2) συνδεδεμένο σε έναν αεριοποιητή βιομάζας με πυρόλυση σε υψηλή θερμοκρασία, και ο πύργος ψύξης (2) συνδέεται διαδοχικώς στον λέβητα ανάκτησης θερμότητας, στον πύργο διαχωρισμού-ψύξης (5), και στο μέσο ηλεκτρο-ιζηματοποίησης (6) μέσω σωληνώσεων για το αέριο σύνθεσης. Η παρούσα διαδικασία είναι εύκολη, απλή στη δομή συστήματος, υψηλά αποτελεσματική στη χρήση θερμότητας, και η επεξεργασία του αερίου σύνθεσης δίδει καλά αποτελέσματα.
