Abstract
Su buharı kullanarak biyo kütlenin dolaylı yoldan gazlaştırılması için bir yöntem. İşlem, yakıcı madde ve enerji taşıyıcısı olarak süpensıtılmış su buharı kullanır, ilk olarak, 1200 ve 1600°C aralığında bir sıcaklıktaki bir gazlaştırma ocağında, biyo kütle yakıtı, susuzlaştırma, uçucu bileşenlerin ayrılması, çatlama ve gazlaştırma reaksiyonu işlemlerinden geçer; böylece, katransız işlenmemiş sentetik gaz oluşturulur, daha sonra püskürtme kulesinde soğutulur ve kurutulur ve sıcaklığı hızlı bir şekilde 650 ve 800 °C aralığına düşer, böylece ergimiş cüruf ve alkali metal oksitlerden arınmış bir başlangıç sentetik gazı elde edilir.
