Claims (10)
- 水蒸気によるバイオマスのガス化方法であって、該方法は高温過熱水蒸気を酸化剤およびエネルギキャリアとして使用して、ガス化炉内でバイオマスを粗合成ガスに変換し、粗合成ガスを噴霧塔内で急冷し、最終的にクリーンな合成ガスを生成するものであり、
1)前記バイオマスを粉砕し、該バイオマスをガス化炉へ送り込むと同時に、高温過熱水蒸気を前記ガス化炉へ噴霧し、前記ガス化炉を1200〜1600℃の作動温度に制御し、前記バイオマスを前記高温過熱水蒸気と十分に接触させて、乾燥、揮発性物質の分離、熱分解、ガス化、および前記粗合成ガスおよび灰の生成を行う工程と、
2)前記粗合成ガスを前記噴霧塔へ搬送し、水を噴霧することによって該粗合成ガスを急冷して該粗合成ガスを650〜800℃の温度に冷却し、スラグおよびタールを凝縮し、アルカリ金属酸化物および酸性ガスの一部を溶解させて一次合成ガスを得る工程と、
3)前記一次合成ガスを前記クリーンな合成ガスに変換するために、冷却、除塵、脱酸、および乾燥を行う工程と
を含み、
前記工程3の冷却工程は前記噴霧塔内で冷却された粗合成ガスを熱交換器に導入することによって行われ、該熱交換器に導入された粗合成ガスは前記高温過熱水蒸気を生成するための熱源として使用され、該熱交換器で生成した飽和蒸気をプラズマトーチヒータに輸送して更に加熱することにより、前記工程1で使用する前記高温加熱水蒸気を生成する方法。 - 前記工程1の粉砕されたバイオマスは、粒子寸法が50mm×50mm以下であると共に、水分含有量が40パーセント未満であることを特徴とする請求項1の方法。
- 工程1において、窒素雰囲気が前記ガス化炉のバイオマス供給口に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の方法。
- 工程1において、前記ガス化炉の作動温度は1200〜1400℃に制御され、前記ガス化炉の作動圧力は105〜109kPaに制御されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の方法。
- 工程1において、前記ガス化炉への前記高温過熱水蒸気の供給速度は35〜50m/秒であり、前記ガス化炉内での前記粗合成ガスの保持時間は15〜20秒であり、前記ガス化炉からの前記粗合成ガスの排出速度は15〜20m/秒であることを特徴とする請求項4の方法。
- 工程2において、前記粗合成ガスは水によって急冷されて750〜800℃の温度に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の方法。
- 工程3において、前記一次合成ガスは260〜320℃の温度に冷却されることを特徴とする請求項1または2の方法。

ことを特徴とするシステム。 - 窒素保護装置(4)が前記ガス化炉(6)のバイオマス供給口に連結されることを特徴とする請求項8のシステム。
- 複数の蒸気ノズルが前記ガス化炉(6)に設けられると共に、3〜4個の高さのグループに分けられており、各々の高さの蒸気ノズルは、円周方向に沿って均一且つ接線方向に配置されることを特徴とする請求項8または9のシステム。
