Abstract

Se provee un proceso para enfriar y lavar gas de síntesis de biomasa y un sistema para ello. El proceso está dirigido a un gas de síntesis de biomasa con temperaturas de 1000 a 1100 °C, un contenido de polvo de menos de 20 g/Nm3 y un contenido de alquitrán de menos de 3 g/Nm3. El proceso incluye: 1) enviar el gas de síntesis de biomasa a una torre de congelación (2); y congelar y solidificar el gas de síntesis de biomasa para formar una escoria; 2) enviar el gas de síntesis de biomasa, después de ser congelado y solidificado a la escoria, a una caldera de calor residual para reciclar el calor residual, y condensar el gas de síntesis de biomasa para formar un alquitrán pesado; 3) enviar el gas de síntesis de biomasa después de hacerlo pasar a través de la caldera de calor residual, a una torre de depuración-enfriamien to (5) para la extracción de polvo y el enfriamiento; 4) enviar el gas de síntesis de biomasa, después de la extracción y el enfriamiento en la torre de depuración-enfriamiento (5), a un electro-precipitador (6) para efectuar la extracción profunda de polvo y la eliminación de alquitrán. El sistema incluye la torre de congelación (2) conectada a un gasificador de biomasa por pirólisis a alta temperatura, y la torre de congelación (2) está conectada secuencialmente a la caldera de calor residual; a la torre de depuración-enfriamiento (5) y al electro-precipitador (6) a través de tuberías de gas de síntesis. El presente proceso se efectúa con fluidez, es de estructura de sistema simple, altamente eficiente en el uso del calor y el tratamiento del gas de síntesis da buenos resultados.
