Claims (16)
- バイオマス合成ガスの冷却・洗浄方法であって、バイオマス合成ガスは温度が1000〜1100℃であり、ダスト含有量が20g/Nm3未満であり、タール含有量が3g/Nm3未満であって、前記方法は、
1)合成ガスを急冷塔に導入してスラグを凝集させる工程と、
2)スラグ凝集後の合成ガスを排熱ボイラに導入して排熱を回収するとともに合成ガス中の重タールを凝集させる工程と、
3)前記合成ガスを排熱ボイラからスクラブ冷却塔に導入してダストを除去するとともに合成ガスの温度を低下させる工程と、
4)ダストを除去し温度を低下させた後の合成ガスをスクラブ冷却塔から電気集塵装置に導入してダストとタールを更に除去する工程と
を含み、
工程1において、合成ガスは急冷塔に流入する前に水冷式煙道装置により予冷却され、急冷塔は水冷式急冷塔であり、
工程2において、排熱は高温部と低温部で回収され、
前記高温部は水管型排熱ボイラであり、その出口における合成ガスの温度は400〜450℃に制御され、
前記低温部は熱管型排熱ボイラであり、その出口における合成ガスの温度は200℃未満に制御され、
前記水冷式煙道装置と水冷式急冷塔により回収された排熱は熱管型排熱ボイラに送られて蒸気―水分離を行い、水は循環して使用される方法。 - 工程1において、急冷塔により冷却された後の合成ガスの温度は780〜820℃である、請求項1の方法。
- 前記高温部の排熱蒸気の圧力は1.6MPaよりも高い、請求項1の方法。
- 前記低温部の排熱蒸気の圧力は0.5〜1.6MPaである、請求項1の方法。
- 工程3において、スクラブ冷却塔内の合成ガス温度は40〜45℃に低下させられる、請求項1の方法。

前記システムは高温熱分解バイオマスガス化炉(10)と連結される急冷塔を含み、
前記急冷塔は排熱ボイラ、スクラブ冷却塔(5)、および電気集塵装置(6)と合成ガス配管を介して連結され、
前記高温熱分解バイオマスガス化炉(10)は、水冷式煙道装置(1)を介して急冷塔に連結され、
前記急冷塔は水冷式急冷塔(2)であり、
前記排熱ボイラは、直列連結される水管型排熱ボイラ(13)と熱管型排熱ボイラ(4)を含み、

全ての受熱管(2.9)の下端は冷却水を入力するための入口ヘッダ(2.7)と連結され、全ての受熱管(2.9)の上端は冷却水を出力するための出口ヘッダ(2.3)と連結され、
入口連結器(2.4)は冷水シリンダ(2.1)の壁の上側部分に配置されており、処理される合成ガスが入力され、
出口連結器(2.6)は冷水シリンダ(2.1)の壁の下側部分に配置されており、処理後の合成ガスが出力され、
前記冷水シリンダ(2.1)の下側部分は逆円錐形状をなしており、逆円錐形の底部にはスラグ出口(2.8)が設けられる
