Abstract
La presente invención describe un método y dispositivo para el pre tratamiento de el material orgánico, más específicos de biomasa, de conversión de la energía, donde dicho método consta de un primer paso de pre-calentamiento con un tanque de pre-calentamiento (4), un paso de hidrólisis con un reactor de hidrólisis (5) y paso de reducción de presión con un tanque de reducción de presión (6), donde la transferencia de dichos materiales orgánicos del buque de precalentamiento (4) al rector de hidrólisis (5) se realiza por gravedad y creando un vacío en el reactor (5). Este método da lugar a una transferencia muy rápida de material desde el buque de pre-calentamiento (4) al reactor (5). Además, el volumen de llenado del reactor (5) está controlado por un sensor de presión de alta frecuencia y suministro de vapor (3A) a la parte superior del reactor con el fin de proporcionar el espacio de cabeza necesario. La invención también describe un dispositivo para llevar a cabo dicho método.
