Description
有機材料を5〜40%、好ましくは10〜25%の乾物含量で予熱槽に供給する工程、
前記有機材料を前記予熱槽中で減圧槽からのフラッシュ蒸気を用いて加熱する工程
を含み、該方法は以下のさらなる工程:
前記加水分解反応器中に冷水を供給することにより前記加水分解反応器を真空にし、前記予熱槽と前記反応器の間にある供給バルブを開き、加熱した有機材料を前記予熱槽から前記反応器に真空および重力を利用して移送しかつこの前記反応器を本質的に全充填する工程、
前記反応器中の圧力を高感度高周波圧力センサを利用して測定し、該圧力センサは前記圧力を測定し前記反応器における圧力振動を分析して液面を検出する工程、
前記反応器の上部に水蒸気を供給することにより前記反応器において要求される液面に達していることを前記圧力センサが記録するまで、余剰の有機材料を前記反応器から前記予熱槽に再循環させる工程、
前記反応器と前記予熱槽の間にある供給バルブを閉じる工程、
新鮮な有機材料を前記予熱槽に供給する工程、
前記有機材料を前記反応器中で水蒸気を供給することにより加熱しかつ所望の温度を充分な長さの時間維持する工程、
前記反応器と前記減圧槽の間にある排出バルブを開き、処理した前記有機材料を前記反応器から前記減圧槽に移送しかつ前記反応器と前記減圧槽の間の圧力差の結果として水蒸気爆発を達成する工程、
先の工程における前記水蒸気爆発中に放出されたフラッシュ蒸気を水蒸気戻りラインを介して前記予熱槽中の液面より下に移送しかつ前記予熱槽中の前記有機材料中で水蒸気凝縮により熱を回収する工程、
前記水蒸気戻りラインを閉じかつ前記減圧槽から前記予熱槽中の液面より上への水蒸気戻りラインを開いて前記予熱槽の液柱が示す圧力を超えて前記減圧槽と前記予熱槽の間の圧力差をさらに減じる工程
を包含することにより特徴付けられる。
Claims (4)
- エネルギーの転換のために、有機材料を前処理するための方法であって、該方法は予熱槽(4)を用いる第1予熱工程、加水分解反応器(5)を用いる加水分解工程および減圧槽(6)を用いる減圧工程、
有機材料(1)を5〜40%の乾物含量で予熱槽(4)に供給する工程、
前記有機材料(1)を前記予熱槽(4)中で減圧槽(6)からのフラッシュ蒸気を用いて加熱する工程
を包含し、以下の工程:
前記加水分解反応器(5)中に冷水(2A)を供給することにより前記加水分解反応器(5)を真空にし、前記予熱槽(4)と前記反応器(5)の間にある供給バルブ(7)を開き、加熱した有機材料を前記予熱槽(4)から前記反応器(5)に真空および重力を利用して移送しかつこの前記反応器(5)を本質的に全充填する工程、
前記反応器(5)中の圧力を高感度高周波圧力センサを利用して測定し、該圧力センサは前記圧力を測定し前記反応器における圧力振動を分析して液面を検出する工程、
前記反応器(5)の上部に水蒸気(3A)を供給することにより前記反応器(5)において要求される液面に達することを前記圧力センサが記録するまで、余剰の有機材料を前記反応器(5)から前記予熱槽(4)に再循環させる工程、
前記反応器(5)と前記予熱槽(4)の間にある供給バルブ(7)を閉じる工程、
新たな有機材料(1)を前記予熱槽(4)に供給する工程、
前記有機材料を前記反応器(5)中で水蒸気(3B)を供給することにより加熱しかつ所望の温度を充分な長さの時間維持する工程、
前記反応器(5)と前記減圧槽(6)の間にある排出バルブ(10)を開き、処理した前記有機材料を前記反応器(5)から前記減圧槽(6)に移送しかつ前記反応器(5)と前記減圧槽(6)の間の圧力差の結果として水蒸気爆発をえる工程、
先の工程における前記水蒸気爆発中に放出されたフラッシュ蒸気を水蒸気戻りライン(9)を介して前記予熱槽(4)中の液面より下に導入しかつ前記予熱槽(4)中の前記有機材料中で水蒸気凝縮により熱を回収する工程、
前記水蒸気戻りライン(9)を閉じかつ前記減圧槽(6)から前記予熱槽(4)中の液面より上への水蒸気戻りライン(10)を開いて前記減圧槽(6)と前記予熱槽(4)の間の圧力差を前記予熱槽(4)の液柱が示す圧力を超えてさらに減じる工程
を含むことにより特徴付けられる前記方法。 - 前記予熱槽(4)に供給される前記有機材料(1)と前記予熱槽(4)中の水蒸気との接触面を増大させることにより特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
- 前記予熱槽(4)中の前記有機材料(1)は典型的に80〜100℃まで加熱されることにより特徴付けられる、請求項1又は2に記載の前記方法。
- 前記乾物含量は10〜25%であることにより特徴付けられる、請求項1に記載の前記方法。
