resumo "método de construção de um bulbo led universal, bulbo led estruturado com anel de engate e lâmpada led", por tratar a invenção de um método de construção de um bulbo led universal, de um bulbo led estruturado com anel de engate e de uma lâmpada construída de acordo com o método. o método de construção compreende: suportar um elemento núcleo do motor óptico do bulbo led em um anel de engate de lente (8) utilizando o anel de engate de lente (8) como sendo o corpo principal de suporte do bulbo, utilizar um anel de engate interno (81) providenciado em um lado interno de uma lente óptica de distribuição de luz (7) no elemento núcleo do motor óptico do bulbo led como estrutura auxiliar de suporte do bulbo, e também utilizar o anel de engate interno (81) como uma base de instalação de um módulo do motor óptico (4) e de um suporte condutor de calor (3) ou como base de instalação de um radiador (103) do bulbo led, o elemento núcleo do motor óptico do bulbo led é composto pelo suporte condutor de calor (3), pelo módulo do motor óptico (4), pelo anel de engate interno (81) e pela lente óptica de distribuição de luz (7), sendo que uma cobertura interna (6) é providenciada no lado externo do módulo do motor óptico (4), e um conector elétrico é providenciado no suporte condutor de calor (3); um flange de instalação é providenciado no anel de engate da lente (8) para a instalação do bulbo, o módulo do motor óptico (4) é composto de uma placa matriz do motor óptico, um conjunto de chips led e um circuito relevante de cabeamentos produzidos por colagem ou embalagem, ou também é integrado com um chip de fonte de alimentação. o bulbo led pode ser equipado com um radiador para operar independentemente ou pode ser instalado em um radiador da lâmpada, de tal maneira que a lâmpada e os produtos de controle de iluminação possam ser manufaturados e utilizados independentemente, com isso reduzindo as ligações de manufatura de produtos de iluminação a led. 1/1
