一种分体式 LED光源
技术领域
本发明涉及一种分体式 LED光源。
背景技术
随着科学技术的发展, LED固体照明光源应用日益广泛, 将其作为照明 光源也越来越多。 现有的 LED光源普遍将驱动与 LED基板制成一体不拆分 的结构,因此当光源或者驱动的一部分损坏时无法进行修理及更换部分部件, 只能将整个光源报废, 这造成了一定程度的浪费, 尤其对于大功率光源来讲, 其成本较高, 整体报废造成使用成本过高; 另外, 现有的 LED光源的驱动电 路与散热器靠近, LED工作时产生的热量会对驱动电路的元件产生影响, 比 如温度过高会使电容寿命缩短, 造成整个光源的寿命减少; 另外, 对于现有 的如采用 R7s或 RX7s灯头结构的草地灯, 受其灯具的壳体空间限制, 手拿 光源在安装和更换时较不方便。
发明内容 本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种安装方便、 便于维修、发热对驱动元件影响小、有利于延长使用寿命的分体式 LED光源。 本发明所采用的技术方案是: 本发明包括光源模块、 驱动模块, 所述光 源模块与所述驱动模块为分体式可拆卸连接。
所述光源模块包括带有 LED的散热基板、 散热器, 所述散热基板与所述 散热器相接触并传导散热,所述散热基板的背面引出与其绝缘并与 LED电路 输入端相电连接的两个电极插针, 所述驱动模块包括驱动电路板组件、下盖、 上盖, 所述下盖与所述上盖相连接组成盒体并将所述驱动电路板组件置于盒 体内,所述上盖弓 I出与所述驱动电路板组件输出端相电连接的两个电极插柱, 两个所述电极插针可拆卸地插接于两个所述电极插柱上。
所述散热器上设有两个用于供所述电极插柱和所述电极插针穿过的通 孔。
所述上盖上设有两个空心凸柱, 两个所述空心凸柱将两个所述电极插柱 的侧面包罩。
两个所述电极插柱通过导线与所述驱动电路板组件的输出端相电连接。 所述光源模块还包括两个侧盖板, 两个所述侧盖板通过螺钉固定连接于 所述散热器的两个侧面。
所述光源模块还包括透光面盖, 所述透光面盖插接固定于所述散热器的 正面并位于 LED的出光方向。
所述驱动模块还包括两个接电极, 两个所述接电极分别位于所述上盖的 两侧。
两个所述接电极端部之间的距离在 68mm至 88mm之间或 108mm至 128mm之间或 179mm至 199mm之间或 244mm至 264mm之间。
所述接电极为 R7s或 RX7s灯头结构。 本发明的有益效果是: 由于本发明包括光源模块、 驱动模块, 所述光源 模块与所述驱动模块为分体式可拆卸连接, 当光源或者驱动的一部分损坏时 可以相应更换损坏部分的模块, 便于检修和维护, 不必将将整个光源报废, 节约了使用成本, 避免了浪费; 另外, 驱动电路与散热器分属两个模块, 二 者进行隔离,可以减少 LED工作时产生的热量对驱动电路的元件产生的影响, 能够延长光源的寿命; 另外, 对于内部空间较小的灯具, 可先安装驱动模块, 再安装光源模块, 有利于手在壳体内进行操作, 避免了光源整体过大对手操 作的阻挡, 故本发明安装方便、 便于维修、 发热对驱动元件影响小、 有利于 延长使用寿命。 附图说明 图 1是本发明实施例的整体结构示意图;

具体实施方式
如图 1〜图 4所示, 本实施例的分体式 LED光源是一种应用于草地灯中 用于代替卤素灯或 CFL的 LED光源, 包括光源模块 1、 驱动模块 2, 所述光 源模块 1与所述驱动模块 2为分体式可拆卸连接; 所述光源模块 1包括带有 LED的散热基板 11、 散热器 12、 两个侧盖板 13、 透光面盖 14, 所述散热基 板 11与所述散热器 12相接触并传导散热,所述散热基板 11的背面引出与其 绝缘并与 LED电路输入端相电连接的两个电极插针 111, 两个所述侧盖板 13 通过螺钉 15固定连接于所述散热器 12的两个侧面,所述透光面盖 14插接固 定于所述散热器 12的正面并位于 LED的出光方向, 起到保护作用; 所述驱 动模块 2包括驱动电路板组件 21、 下盖 22、 上盖 23、 两个接电极 232, 所述 下盖 22与所述上盖 23相连接组成盒体并将所述驱动电路板组件 21置于盒体 内, 所述上盖 23引出与所述驱动电路板组件 21输出端相电连接的两个电极 插柱 231, 两个所述电极插柱 231通过导线 25与所述驱动电路板组件 21的 输出端相电连接, 两个所述电极插针 111可拆卸地插接于两个所述电极插柱 231上; 所述散热器 12上设有两个用于供所述电极插柱 231和所述电极插针 111穿过的通孔 121, 避免额外占用空间, 避免增加光源的整体体积, 所述上 盖 23上设有两个空心凸柱 230, 两个所述空心凸柱 230将两个所述电极插柱 231的侧面包罩, 有利于所述电极插柱 231与所述散热器 12之间的绝缘和电 隔离, 增加安全性; 两个所述接电极 232分别位于所述上盖 23的两侧, 所述 接电极 232为 R7s灯头结构, 当然也可以为 RX7s灯头结构或其他灯头结构, 两个所述接电极 232端部之间的距离为 118mm, 当然两个所述接电极 232端 部之间的距离也可以在 68mm至 88mm之间或 108mm至 128mm之间或 179mm至 199mm之间或 244mm至 264mm之间。 以上实施例仅是举例说明,本发明的分体式 LED光源不限于实施例中的 草地灯光源, 对于其他 LED光源同样适用。 本发明可广泛应用于 LED照明领域。
