Abstract

本发明公开了一种散热效果好的强制散热LED光源,该强制散热LED光源能够提高光效,有利于延长使用寿命。本发明包括带有若干个LED(1)的散热基板(2)、散热壳体(3)、驱动电路、两个侧封板件(4)、风扇(6),所述散热基板(2)与所述散热壳体(3)相连接进行导热散热,两个所述侧封板件(4)与所述散热壳体(3)的两个端部相连接,两个所述侧封板件(4)的端部(41)内分别嵌入接电极(8),所述风扇(6)置于所述散热壳体(3)内,所述散热壳体(3)上设有将内部热空气向外排放的通风孔(31)。本发明可广泛应用于LED照明领域。

技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种强制散热LED光源。
背景技术
[0002] 随着科学技术的发展,LED固体照明光源应用日益广泛,将其作为照明光源也越来越多。现有的LED光源普遍设有散热器,以便进行散热降温,但是对于大功率光源来讲,其热量集中度更高,尤其对于草地灯中应用的光源,光源处于的灯具内部空间小,使其热量难以及时散发,导致灯体温度很高,LED及驱动电路在高温下长期工作,使其光效降低,寿命缩 短。
发明内容
[0003] 本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种散热效果好的强制散热LED光源,该强制散热LED光源能够提高光效,有利于延长使用寿命。
[0004] 本发明所采用的技术方案是:本发明包括带有若干个LED的散热基板、散热壳体、驱动电路,所述散热基板与所述散热壳体相连接进行导热散热,所述强制散热LED光源还包括两个侧封板件、风扇,两个所述侧封板件与所述散热壳体的两个端部相连接,两个所述侧封板件的端部内分别嵌入接电极,所述风扇置于所述散热壳体内,所述散热壳体上设有将内部热空气向外排放的通风孔。
[0005] 所述散热壳体上设有相对设置的第一插槽,所述散热基板插入所述第一插槽以与所述散热壳体相连接。
[0006] 所述强制散热LED光源还包括透光面板,所述透光面板位于所述LED的出光方向。
[0007] 所述散热壳体上设有相对设置的第二插槽,所述透光面板插入所述第二插槽以与所述散热壳体相连接。
[0008] 两个所述侧封板件的端部上设有弹性翅片。
[0009] 两个所述侧封板件与所述散热壳体的两个端部相卡接固定。
[0010] 两个所述接电极的外端部之间的距离在68mm至88mm之间或108mm至128mm之间或179mm至199mm之间或244mm至264mm之间。
[0011 ] 所述接电极为R7s或RX7s灯头结构。
[0012] 本发明的有益效果是:由于本发明包括风扇,所述风扇置于所述散热壳体内,所述散热壳体上设有将内部热空气向外排放的通风孔,本发明在散热器的基础上增加了强制通风散热的风扇,在LED工作时,除了散热器自身的散热外,通过风扇将光源内的积聚热量导流到光源外,把热量散发到灯具的壳体上,能够大幅降低光源的整体温度,保护了 LED及驱动电路的元件,能够延长光源的寿命并增加光效,故本发明散热效果好,能够提高光效,有利于延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式
[0016] 如图I〜图3所不,本实施例的强制散热LED光源是一种应用于草地灯中用于代替卤素灯或CFL的LED光源,包括带有若干个LEDl的散热基板2、散热壳体3、驱动电路(图中未示出)、两个侧封板件4、透光面板5、风扇6,所述散热基板2与所述散热壳体3相连接进行导热散热,所述透光面板5位于所述LEDl的出光方向,两个所述侧封板件4与所述散热壳体3的两个端部相连接,本实施例中,两个所述侧封板件4与所述散热壳体3的两个端部相卡接固定,当然还可以采用螺丝连接固定,两个所述侧封板件4的端部41内分别嵌入 接电极8,所述风扇6置于所述散热壳体3内,所述散热壳体3上设有将内部热空气向外排放的通风孔31,所述散热壳体3上设有相对设置的第一插槽31,所述散热基板2插入所述第一插槽31以与所述散热壳体3相连接,所述散热壳体3上设有相对设置的第二插槽32,所述透光面板5插入所述第二插槽32以与所述散热壳体3相连接,两个所述侧封板件4的端部41上设有弹性翅片42,将本发明安装在灯座上时,将所述弹性翅片42压缩,依靠弹性翅片42的弹性紧紧靠合在灯座上,使得光源与灯座的连接稳固,避免了灯座与光源尺寸偏差造成的松动和扭转倾斜,实现了自平衡,而且光源结构简单,安装更换方便,不易松动,所述接电极8为R7s灯头结构,当然也可以为RX7s灯头结构或其他灯头结构,两个所述接电极8的外端部之间的距离为118mm,当然两个所述接电极232端部之间的距离也可以在68mm至88mm之间或108mm至128mm之间或179mm至199mm之间或244mm至264mm之间。
[0017] 以上实施例仅是举例说明,本发明的强制散热LED光源不限于实施例中的草地灯光源,对于其他LED光源同样适用。

Claims (8)

1. 一种强制散热LED光源,包括带有若干个LED (I)的散热基板(2)、散热壳体(3)、驱动电路,所述散热基板(2)与所述散热壳体(3)相连接进行导热散热,其特征在于:所述强制散热LED光源还包括两个侧封板件(4)、风扇(6),两个所述侧封板件(4)与所述散热壳体(3)的两个端部相连接,两个所述侧封板件(4)的端部(41)内分别嵌入接电极(8),所述风扇(6)置于所述散热壳体(3)内,所述散热壳体(3)上设有将内部热空气向外排放的通风孔(31)。
2.根据权利要求I所述的强制散热LED光源,其特征在于:所述散热壳体(3)上设有相对设置的第一插槽(31),所述散热基板(2 )插入所述第一插槽(31)以与所述散热壳体(3 )相连接。
3.根据权利要求I所述的强制散热LED光源,其特征在于:所述强制散热LED光源还包括透光面板(5),所述透光面板(5)位于所述LED (I)的出光方向。
4.根据权利要求3所述的强制散热LED光源,其特征在于:所述散热壳体(3)上设有相对设置的第二插槽(32 ),所述透光面板(5 )插入所述第二插槽(32 )以与所述散热壳体(3 )相连接。
5.根据权利要求I所述的强制散热LED光源,其特征在于:两个所述侧封板件(4)的端部(41)上设有弹性翅片(42)。
6.根据权利要求I所述的强制散热LED光源,其特征在于:两个所述侧封板件(4)与所述散热壳体(3)的两个端部相卡接固定。
7.根据权利要求I所述的强制散热LED光源,其特征在于:两个所述接电极(8)的外端部之间的距离在68mm至88mm之间或108mm至128mm之间或179mm至199mm之间或244mm至264mm之间。
8.根据权利要求I所述的强制散热LED光源,其特征在于:所述接电极(8)为R7s或RX7s灯头结构。
