resumo patente de invenção: "método de fabricação de tubulação de metal sem emendas, fresa de mandril e ferramenta auxiliar". a presente invenção refere-se a um método de fabricação de uma tubulação de metal sem emenda que inclui: preparar uma pluralidade de barras de mandril em que os comprimentos das porções de trabalho que entram em contato com um invólucro oco durante o alongamento são diferentes entre si; selecionar uma barra de mandril que inclui uma porção de trabalho que tem um comprimento que corresponde à quantidade de suportes verticais usados na redução de espessura, dentre a pluralidade de barras de mandril; inserir a barra de mandril selecionada na seleção no interior do invólucro oco; e realizar o alongamento sobre o invólucro oco no interior do qual a barra de mandril é inserida. ademais, no alongamento, a redução de diâmetro externo é realizada por um dentre um grupo de suportes verticais de estágio anterior e um grupo de suportes verticais de estágio posterior e a redução de espessura é realizada pelo outro dentre o grupo de suportes verticais de estágio anterior e o grupo de suportes verticais de estágio posterior ou a redução de espessura é realizada por ambos os grupos de suportes verticais de estágio anterior e o grupo de suportes verticais de estágio posterior.
