resumo patente de invenção: "material para mandril peregrino para fabricação de tubo de aço sem costura e método de fabricação do mesmo". a presente invenção refere-se a um mandril peregrino que é usado quando se usa o processo mannesmann para fabricar tubo de aço sem costura, mais particularmente, se refere a um material para mandril peregrino para fabricação de tubo de aço sem costura que é excelente na resistência à fratura sazonal e usinabilidade e um método de fabricação do mesmo. o material para mandril peregrino compreende como componentes, em % em massa, c: 0,08 a 0,3%, si: 0,1 a 1,0%, mn: 0,2 a 1,5%, ni: 0,2 a 2,0%, e, além disso, um ou ambos dentre w e mo em um total de 1,5% a 8%, um saldo de fe e impurezas, em que a quantidade de hidrogênio difusível que está contida como uma impureza está em 2 ppm ou menos. o material para mandril peregrino tem uma dureza entre hrc 6 e 10.
