Abstract

resumo válvula de controle de vazão para maquinário de construção é revelada uma válvula de controle de vazão para maquinário de construção, a válvula de controle de vazão sendo adaptada para reduzir a perda de pressão devida ao fluxo de retorno para um tanque hidráulico durante a operação de abaixamento da lança em uma escavadora de grande escala. a válvula de controle de vazão para maquinário de construção de acordo com a presente invenção compreende: primeiro e segundo carretéis da lança que estão respectivamente acoplados ao primeiro e segundo blocos da válvula da lança, e que regulam o fluido de trabalho que é respectivamente fornecido da primeira e da segunda bombas hidráulicas para um cilindro da lança durante a reversão de direção; um meio para o ajuste de vazão do levantamento da lança que, na reversão de direção do primeiro e do segundo carretéis da lança para o acionamento do levantamento da lança, fornece o fluido de trabalho da primeira e da segunda bombas hidráulicas para uma grande câmara do cilindro da lança por meio do primeiro e do segundo carretéis da lança respectivamente, e faz com que parte do fluxo do fluido de trabalho da segunda bomba hidráulica passe pelo segundo carretel de lança, de maneira a ser combinado com o fluido de trabalho sendo suprido da primeira bomba hidráulica na grande câmara do cilindro da lança devido à reversão de direção do primeiro carretel de lança; e um meio para o ajuste de vazão do abaixamento da lança que, em uma reversão de direção do primeiro e do segundo carretéis da lança para o acionamento do abaixamento da lança, faz com que parte do fluxo do fluido de trabalho que retorna da grande câmara do cilindro da lança retorne ao tanque hidráulico por meio do primeiro e do segundo carretéis da lança respectivamente, e faz com que parte do fluxo do fluido de trabalho que retorna da grande câmara do cilindro da lança combine com os respectivos fluxos regenerativos para o fluido de trabalho no lado da pequena câmara do cilindro da lança. 1/2
