Description

TEKNIK ALAN Bulus traktörlerde hidrolik kaldiricilarin kontrolünde kullanilmak 'üzere kontrol valfi ile ilgilidir. ÖNCEKI TEKNIK Traktörlerde genellikle traktör'ün arka kisminda hidrolik kaldiricilar bulunmaktadir. Hidrolik kaldiricilarin kaldirma ve indirme fonksiyonlarini kontrol etmek üzere kontrol valfleri bulunmaktadir. Kontrol valflerinin çalismasi sirasinda kaldirma ve indirme hareketinin baslangiçlari ve de nötr pozisyonda kalislar büyük hassasiyet ve önem tasimaktadir. Bu hassasiyeti saglamak 'üzere mevcut sistemlerde U86105613 basvurusunda görülecegi 'üzere pilot uyarili karmasik sistemler uygulanmaktadir. Sonuç olarak, yukarida bahsedilen tüm sorunlar, ilgili teknik alanda bir yenilik yapmayi zorunlu hale getirmistir. BULUSUN KISA AÇIKLAMASI Mevcut bulus yukarida bahsedilen dezavantajlari ortadan kaldirmak ve ilgili teknik alana yeni avantajlar getirmek üzere, bir kontrol valfi ile ilgilidir. Bulusun bir amaci, bilesen sayisi azaltilmis ve kontrolü kolaylastirilmis bir kontrol valfi ortaya koymaktir. Yukarida bahsedilen ve asagidaki detayli anlatimdan ortaya çikacak tüm amaçlari gerçeklestirmek 'üzere mevcut bulus, bir gövde, gövde içerisine akiskan gönderen en az bir ana giris hatti. ana giris hattindan gelen akiskanin bir silindir hattina geçisini kontrol etmek üzere bir çek valfe sahip traktörler üzerinde kullanilan hidrolik kaldiricilar için bir kontrol valfidir. Buna göre gövde içerisinde saglanan bir ana sürgünün konumuna bagli olarak; ana giris hattindan gelen akiskani bir tank hattina aktaran en az bir bosaltma valfi, silindir hattinda bulunan akiskani tank hattina aktaran en az bir indirme valfi içermektedir. Bulusun mümkün bir yapilanmasi, ana giris hattinda akiskan basinci önceden belirlenen bir deger üzerine çiktiginda akiskani tank hattina gönderen en az bir akis kontrol valfi içermektedir. Bulusun mümkün bir yapilanmasi, silindir hattinda akiskan basinci önceden belirlenen bir deger üzerine çiktiginda akiskani tank hattina gönderen en az bir sok valf içermektedir. Bulusun mümkün bir yapilanmasi, silindir hatti ile indirme valfi arasinda saglanan en az bir kisici kilitleme valfi içermektedir. Sekil 2' de bulus konusu kontrol valfinin kaldirma konumunda temsili bir sematik görünümü verilmistir. Sekil 3' de bulus konusu kontrol valfinin indirme konumunda temsili bir sematik görünümü verilmistir. BULUSUN DETAYLI AÇIKLAMASI Bu detayli açiklamada bulus konusu kontrol valfi sadece konunun daha iyi anlasilmasina yönelik hiçbir sinirlayici etki olusturmayacak örneklerle açiklanmaktadir. Bulus konusu kontrol valfi bir gövdeye (10) sahiptir. Gövde (10) içerisinde saglanan en az bir ana sürgü (20) bulunmaktadir. Ana sürgü (20) bir indirme valfi (25) ile iliskilendirilmektedir. Gövde (10) içerisine akiskan girisini saglamak üzere en az bir ana giris hatti (11) bulunmaktadir. Ana giris hattindan (11) kontrol valfi içerisine sürekli olarak akiskan gönderilmektedir. Ana giris hatti (11) gövde (10) içerisinde bir birinci hatta (111) ve bir ikinci hatta (112) ayrilmakta ve birinci hat (111) bir silindir hattina (14), ikinci hat (112) bir bosaltma valfine (21) dogru yönelmektedir. Silindir hattina (14) giden birinci hatta (111) önce ana sürgü (20) ile sonrasinda bir çek valf (23) ile akiskan geçisi kontrol edilmektedir. Ikinci hatta (112) akiskanin karsisina çikan bosaltma valfi (21) akiskanin ilerlemesini ya da bir tank hattina (12) geçisini saglamaktadir. Ikinci hat (112) bosaltma valfinin (21) devaminda ana sürgü (20) tarafindan kesilmekte ve akiskan geçisi denetlenmektedir. Ikinci hat (112) ana sürgüyü geçtikten sonra iki hatta ayrilmaktadir. Hatlardan biri birinci hattan (111) gelen akiskan akis kontrol valfinin (26) arka tarafina geçerken bir yandan da akis kontrol valfinin (26) ön kismina ulasmaktadir. Olusan basinç farklarindan dolayi açilan akis kontrol valfini (26) geçen akiskan bir tank hattina (12) bosalmaktadir. Birinci hat (111) ile silindir hatti (14) arasinda saglanan en az bir çek valf (23) vardir. Çek valf (23) ile iliskilendirilen en az bir kisici kilitleme valfi (24) bulunmaktadir. Kisici kilitleme valfi (24) ile indirme valfi (25) arasinda saglanan bir indirme hatti (13) bulunmaktadir. Sekil 1'de görülecegi üzere kontrol valfinin nötr pozisyonunda ana giris hattindan (11) gelen akiskan birinci hat (111) üzerinden akis kontrol valfi (21) arkasina ve çek valfe (23) kadar ilerlemektedir. Diger taraftan akis kontrol valfinin (26) önüne kadar uzanmakta ancak ana sürgü (20) tarafindan bosaltma valfinin (21) arkasina dogru ilerlemesi engellemektedir. Dolayisi ile bosaltma valfi (21) ikinci hattin (112) önünü açacak sekilde kalmaktadir. Bu sayede ana giris hattindan (11) gelen akiskan en kolay yol olarak ikinci hat (112) üzerinden tank hattina (12) geçmektedir. Bu durum ayni zamanda birinci hat (111) üzerinde basincin yükselmesini engellemekte ve akiskan çek valfi (23) geçememektedir. Bu sirada silindir hatti (14) içerisindeki akiskan çek valf (23) sebebi ile birinci hatta (111) dogru geçemez ve kisici kilitleme valfi (24) içerisi ile indirme valfi (25) arasindaki bir indirme hatti (13) içerisinde hapsolur. Dolayisi ile silindir hatti (14) ile iliskili silindirin konumu degismeden kalmaktadir. Ana sürgü (20) kaldirma konumuna getirildiginde bulus konusu kontrol valfi sekil 2ideki konuma gelmektedir. Detayli bir anlatimla, birinci hat (111) 'üzerinden gelen akiskan ikinci hat (112) üzerinde ana sürgün'ün yolu açmasi ile bosaltma valfinin (21) arka tarafina dolmaktadir. Birinci hat (111) içerisindeki akiskan tank hattina (12) ulasamadigi için basinç yeteri kadar yükselmekte ve çek valfi (23) iterek silindir hattina (14) ulasmaktadir. Bu sayede silindir hatti (14) ile iliskili silindir kaldirma hareketi meydana getirmektedir. Silindir hattinda (14) kaldirilan yük sebebi ile fazla basinç olustugunda akiskan silindir hatti (14) ile iliskilendirilen bir sok valfinden (22) geçerek tank hattina (12) ulasmakta ve sistem basinci düsürülmektedir. Ayrica kaldirma sirasinda kaldirmanin durdurulacagi pozisyonlara yaklasildiginda sert duruslari engellenmek üzere akisin yavaslatilmasi istenilmektedir. Bunu saglamak 'üzere akis kontrol valfi (26) devreye girerek ana giris hattindan (11) gelen akiskanin bir kismini tank hattina (12) ileterek silindir hattina (14) gönderilen akiskan miktarini azaltmaktadir. Ana sürgü (20) indirme konumuna getirildiginde bulus konusu kontrol valfi sekil 3'deki konuma gelmektedir. Akiskan ana giris hattindan (11) girerek nötr pozisyon ile ayni sekilde hareket ederek tank hattina (12) geçmektedir. Diger taraftan ana sürg'ü (20) indirme valfinin (25) indirme hattindan (13) gelen akiskani geçirecek sekilde hareket ettirmektedir. Bu sayede silindir hattindaki (14) akiskan kisici kilitleme valfinden (24) ve indirme valfinden (25) geçerek tank hattina (12) gelmektedir. Dolayisi ile silindir ve silindir hattindaki (14) akiskan tank hattina (12) dogru ilerlemektedir. Bu sayede indirme hareketi gerçeklesmektedir. Kaldirma ya da indirme hareketi tamamlandiginda ana sürg'i'i (20) mm pozisyonuna getirilmektedir. Bu sayede ana giris hattindan (11) gelen akiskan tank hattina (12) gönderilmekte ve silindir hattina (14) daha fazla akiskan gönderilmesi engellenmektedir. Ayrica çek valf (23) ve indirme valfinin (25) akiskan geçisini engellemesi sayesinde silindir hattindaki (14) akiskan miktarinin azalmasi engellenmekte ve dolayisi ile silindir ile iliskilendirilen kaldiricinin konumunun sabit kalmasi saglanmaktadir. Kontrol valfi içerisinde saglanan akis kontrol valfi (26) sayesinde kaldirma sirasinda ön ve arkasindaki akiskan basinç farki istenilenin 'üzerine çiktiginda akis kontrol valfi (26) akiskanin tank hattina (12) geçmesini saglamaktadir. Akiskan tank hattina (12) geçtiginde basinç farki düsmekte ve akis kontrol valfi (26) tekrar akiskan geçisini engeller konuma gelmektedir. Kisici kilitleme valfi (24) indirme esnasinda yagin geçecegi alani azaltip arttirarak inis hizini ayarlamaya ve sonuna kadar kilitlendiginde silindir içerisindeki yagin indirme valfi (25) indirmeye geçirilse de orada kalmasini saglayarak indirme yapilmamasini saglamaktadir. Bulusun koruma kapsami ekte verilen istemlerde belirtilmis olup kesinlikle bu detayli anlatimda örnekleme amaciyla anlatilanlarla sinirli tutulamaz. 1.ISTEMLER Bir gövde (10), gövde (10) içerisine akiskan gönderen en az bir ana giris hatti (11), ana giris hattindan (11) gelen akiskanin bir silindir hattina (14) geçisini kontrol etmek 'üzere bir çek valfe (23) sahip traktörler 'üzerinde kullanilan hidrolik kaldiricilar için bir kontrol valfi olup özelligi; gövde (10) içerisinde saglanan bir ana sürgünün (20) konumuna bagli olarak; ana giris hattindan (11) gelen akiskani bir tank hattina (12) aktaran en az bir bosaltma valfi (21 ), silindir hattinda (14) bulunan akiskani tarik hattina (12) aktaran en az bir indirme valfi (25) içermesidir. Istem 1'e göre bir kontrol valfi olup özelligi; ana giris hattinin (11) kollari olan birinci hat (111) ve ikinci hat (112) arasindaki akiskan basinç farki önceden belirlenen bir deger üzerine çiktiginda akiskani tank hattina (12) gönderen en az bir akis kontrol valfi (26) içermesidir.
