背景技术
在牵引机中,通常在牵引机的后部设置有液压升降器,并且有控制阀来控制液压升降器的升降功能。
在控制阀的操作过程中,升降运动的开始和在空档位置(neutral position)的保持非常重要。为了精确地实现这一点,在目前的系统中,如在申请US6105613中所示,应用了具有引导警报的复杂系统。
因此,由于上述问题的存在,需要对相关技术领域进行改进。
发明内容
本发明涉及一种控制阀,用于消除上述缺点,为相关技术领域带来新的优点。
本发明的一个目的是提供一种更易于控制并且零部件数量减少的控制阀。

具体实施方式
以下参考示例来解释本发明的控制阀,示例仅为了更容易理解本发明的主题,并不对本发明形成任何限制。
控制阀包括阀体(10)。在阀体(10)内设置至少一个主滑块(20)。主滑块(20)连接到下降阀(25)。至少有一条主入口管路(11)以向阀体(10)内部提供流体入口。流体不断地从主入口管路(11)输送到控制阀中。主入口管路(11)在阀体(10)中被分为第一管路(111)和第二管路(112),第一管路(111)导向至油缸管路(14),第二管路(112)导向至排出阀(21)。流体通道在第一管路(111)中主要通过主滑块(20)控制,,然后通过止回阀(23)控制,流体通道从第一管路(111)延伸至油缸管路(14)。流体在第二管路(112)处途径的排出阀(21)为流体提供前进的动力或使流体通过储槽管路(12)。第二管路(112)在排出阀(21)的延长部分被主滑块(20)中断,流体通道是可控的。第二管路(112)在主滑块之后被分成两条管路。当流体从第一管路(111)流经流量控制阀(26)的后侧时,其从一侧到达流量控制阀(26)的前部。流体流经流量控制阀(26),被排放至储槽管路(12)中,流量控制阀(26)由形成的压力差而打开。
