Abstract

resumo dispositivo de controle de fluxo e método de controle de fluxo para máquina de construção são revelados um dispositivo de controle de fluxo e um método de controle de fluxo para máquina de construção para evitar a perda de fluido descartado de uma bomba hidráulica quando uma lança e um braço de uma escavadeira são operados em combinação. o dispositivo de controle de fluxo para uma máquina de construção de acordo com a presente invenção inclui: um motor; uma bomba hidráulica de capacidade variável conectada ao motor; um primeiro cilindro hidráulico e um segundo cilindro hidráulico conectado à bomba hidráulica; uma primeira válvula de controle disposta em um canal de desvio central da bomba hidráulica, a primeira válvula de controle, em estado neutro, retornando o fluido descartado da bomba hidráulica a um tanque hidráulico e, quando ligada, controlando a propulsão, interrupção e mudança de direção do primeiro cilindro hidráulico; uma segunda válvula de controle disposta a jusante do canal de desvio central da bomba hidráulica, a segunda válvula de controle, em estado neutro, retornando o fluido descartado da bomba hidráulica ao tanque hidráulico e, quando ligada, controlando a propulsão, interrupção e mudança de direção do segundo cilindro hidráulico; um canal de fluido de regeneração para complementação e reutilização do fluido retornado ao tanque hidráulico durante um curso de compressão do primeiro cilindro hidráulico, e uma válvula de regeneração disposta no canal de fluido de regeneração; e uma válvula de controle de fluxo controlada por pressão, que é disposta em um canal de fluido de medição de entrada de um tambor da primeira válvula de controle e limita a quantidade de fluido do motor fornecido da bomba hidráulica ao primeiro cilindro hidráulico quando o primeiro cilindro hidráulico e o segundo cilindro hidráulico são operados em combinação. 1/1
