Abstract
UNIDADE DE ILUMINAÇÃO; MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UM MATERIAL LUMINESCENTE PARTICULADO; E MATERIAL LUMINESCENTE PARTICULADO A presente invenção fornece uma unidade de iluminação que compreende uma fonte de luz configurada para gerar luz de fonte de luz e um material luminescente particulado configurado para converter pelo menos parte da luz de fonte de luz em luz de material luminescente, em que a fonte de luz compreende um diodo emissor de luz (LED), o material luminescente particulado compreende partículas que compreendem núcleos, os mencionados núcleos compreendem um fósforo que compreende M?(x)M(2-2x)AX(6) dopado com manganês tetravalente, M? compreende um cátion alcalino-terroso, M compreende um cátion alcalino e x está na faixa de 0-1, em que A compreende um cátion tetravalente, que compreende pelo menos silício, X compreende um ânion monovalente, que compreende pelo menos flúor, e as partículas compreendem ainda um revestimento com base em fosfato metálico, em que o metal do revestimento com base em fosfato metálico é selecionado a partir do grupo que consiste de Ti, Si e Al.
