resumo da patente de invenção: “trem de acionamento com um retardador hidrodinâmico e método de controle do mesmo”. a presente invenção refere-se a um trem de acionamento com um retardador hidrodinâmico com o qual o trem de acionamento pode ser freado hidrodinamicamente, sendo que o retardador hidrodinâmico apresenta um rotor acionado e um estator, ou um rotor acionado e um rotor contra-rotativo acionado em direção oposta em relação ao rotor, que juntos formam uma câmara de trabalho que pode ser preenchida e esvaziada de fluido de trabalho. a presente invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que o retardador hidrodinâmico é conectado, por meio de uma engrenagem planetária, a um elemento do trem de acionamento que conduz potência de acionamento ao retardador hidrodinâmico, e que a engrenagem planetária apresenta uma roda com engrenagem interior conectada ao elemento de modo acionador, pelo menos uma roda planetária portada de modo giratório pelo suporte planetário, e uma engrenagem central do sistema planetário conectada de modo acionador ao rotor do retardador hidrodinâmico, e um freio é conjugado ao suporte planetário por meio do qual o suporte planetário pode ser liberado em um primeiro estado operacional, a operação de não frenagem do retardador hidrodinâmico, de modo que o suporte planetário pode girar ao redor de um eixo de suporte planetário, e em um segundo estado operacional, a operação de frenagem do retardador hidrodinâmico, pode ser freado e/ou fixado.
