resumo da patente de invenção para: retardador hidrodinâmico e método para acionar o mesmo. a invenção se refere a um retardador hidrodinâmico que compreende um rotor que gira em um modo de desaceleração e um duplo rotor em contra-rotação, ou um estator estacionário, que em conjunto formam uma câmara de trabalho, que é ou pode ser cheia com um meio de trabalho. o rotor pode ser acionado usando a força de acionamento através de um trem de acionamento, a fim de desacelerar o trem de acionamento. a invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que um dispositivo de armazenamento de energia é associado com ou integrado no retardador, o referido dispositivo de armazenagem de energia que compreende um armazenamento de energia mecânica, o armazenamento de pressão ou armazenamento de energia cinética, bem como um mecanismo de aceleração que está conectado ao rotor, o referido mecanismo de aceleração estando ligado ao armazenamento de energia e ao rotor ou estando integrado no rotor de modo a converter a energia armazenada no armazenamento de energia em uma aceleração angular do rotor.
