resumo da patente de invenção para: “trem de acionamento tendo um retardador hidrodinâmico que pode ser desengatado e método de controle do mesmo”. a invenção se refere a um trem de acionamento de veículos a motor, incluindo um retardador hidrodinâmico que compreende um impulsor de lâmina rotativo e uma turbina de lâmina estacionária ou em contra-rotação, que em conjunto formam uma câmara de trabalho que pode ser cheia com um meio de trabalho para ligar o retardador. o retardador hidrodinâmico pode ser desengatado mecanicamente do trem de acionamento por uma embreagem de desconexão. a invenção é caracterizada em que um dispositivo de monitoração do nível de enchimento detecta o nível de enchimento atual do meio de trabalho na câmara de trabalho, enquanto que um dispositivo de bloqueio da embreagem de desconexão é efetivamente ligado em comunicação ou em um modo mecânico ao dispositivo de monitoração do nível de enchimento e evita que a embreagem de desconexão se engate, de acordo com o nível de enchimento detectado.
