Abstract
1/1 resumo molde de formação para vidro plano a invenção se refere a um novo molde de formação do vidro, em especial do vidro de espessura inferior ou igual a 4 mm, tal molde incluindo ao menos uma parte abrasiva consistindo de ao menos uma matriz metálica e por diamantes distribuídos pela matriz, tal matriz apresentando uma dureza rockwell b situada entre 95 e 105 e sendo à base de tungstênio, e os diamantes apresentando um tamanho situado entre 75 e 95 µm e uma concentração situada entre 2,2 ct/cm3 e 2,64 ct/cm3 . a invenção se refere igualmente a um método de formação do vidro, em particular de formação de vidraças de automóveis, usando tal molde e permitindo alcançar velocidades de avanço superiores ou iguais a 30 m/min.
