Abstract
Изобретение относится к новому шлифовальному кругу для обработки поверхности стекла, в частности стекла, толщина которого меньше или равна 4 мм; причем данный шлифовальный круг содержит по меньшей мере одну абразивную часть, образованную по меньшей мере одним металлическим связующим веществом и алмазами, распределенными в связующем веществе; причем упомянутое связующее вещество имеет твердость по шкале В Роквелла, составляющую от 95 до 105, и выполнено на базе вольфрама, а алмазы имеют размер, составляющий от 75 до 95 нм, и содержание, составляющее от 2,2 до 2,64 кар/см. Изобретение также относится к способу обработки поверхности стекла, в частности обработки поверхности автомобильных оконных стекол, использующему данный шлифовальный круг и позволяющему достичь скоростей подачи, превышающих или равных 30 м/мин.
